Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Store #705098 in Midlothian, VA. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, determine needs, present product solutions, and ensure high levels of satisfaction while supporting store sales goals.

You will work evenings and weekends as needed, handle sales transactions, stock shelves, tint and mix products, and contribute to outstanding service for wholesale and retail customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams: must have a 'meets expectations' rating.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams: must have completed HR Cloud eLearning.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs and present products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately according to policies.
• Follow and meet sales goals monthly, quarterly, yearly.
• Maintain accurate work order files and product formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specs.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean store equipment.
• Assist in deliveries when needed; unload trucks.
