Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our Store #703382 at 3429 Cox Rd., Henrico, VA 23233.

You will assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, recommend products, and resolve concerns to maximize customer satisfaction and drive store sales. Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing as needed, delivering or aiding deliveries, and staying knowledgeable about our products.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have a 'meets expectations' rating.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsabilités

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks.
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
