Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a customer-focused associate to support paint specifications, troubleshoot issues, and assist with product applications. You will work closely with customers and sales teams to ensure color accuracy and timely delivery of solutions.

Responsibilities include operating tinting and mixing equipment, performing quality checks, and maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced retail or branch environment.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally 70 lbs; able to stand for long periods.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends with accommodations.
• Comfortable around paint odors and able to wear respirator as required.
• Internal applicants must meet performance expectations and complete HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer quality and service expectations are met.
• Assist customers in preparing paint specifications for product applications.
• Troubleshoot online technical problems, correct batches and formulate products.
• Advise customers on product line changes and improvements.
• Maintain expertise in equipment use and surface preparation.
• Shade batches using intermix system and assist with inventory control.
