Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS Basic Life Support certification preferred or within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum six months experience in a health care facility preferred.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify insurance prior to billing.
• Maintain clinic schedule and coordinate with nursing staff and physicians.
• Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Assist with transportation of patients and other duties as requested.
