Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first impression of our customer experience in Dripping Springs, TX. You will explain repair processes, coordinate with insurance companies, rental car/tow services, and support the center’s DRP efforts.

You will handle customer communications throughout the repair journey, maintain logs, and assist in invoices reconciliation. The role requires strong communication, organization, and a customer-first mindset, with a focus

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under company policy.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on repair process at a high level, including insurance claim information and processes.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and load level processes.
• Coordinate Rental Car / Tow companies to provide one-stop service to all customers.
• Ensure all vehicles are delivered to customers by the assigned service advisor or backup teammate.
• Assist in customer communication throughout the repair process.
• Monitor DRP assignments, estimate/repair appointments and capture rates of assignments.
• Follow up on all DRP assignments to maintain sales for the center.
• Maintain DRP logbooks and Enterprise ARMS daily.
• Assist with reconciling invoices to payables reports daily and monthly.
• Ensure customer waiting area is comfortable and stocked with items.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required to meet business needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
