Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first friendly face for customers. The CSR provides guidance on the repair process, coordinates rentals and towing, and supports the shop’s daily operations in Castle Rock, CO.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance coverage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on the repair process and insurance claim information.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and load level processes.
• Coordinate rental car and tow companies to provide one-stop service.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers by the service advisor or backup teammate.
• Assist with customer communication during the repair process.
• Monitor DRP assignments, estimate/repair appointments and capture rates of assignments.
• Follow up on DRP assignments to maintain center sales.
• Maintain DRP logbooks and Enterprise ARMS daily.
• Secure proper payments and reconcile invoices as needed.
• Ensure customer waiting areas are comfortable and well-stocked.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.
