Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Daytona Beach, FL. This role serves as the first impression of the customer experience and will educate clients on the repair process, insurance requirements, and billing procedures.

Responsibilities include coordinating rental car and tow services, tracking DRP assignments and appointments, and assisting with customer communications throughout the repair journey.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age and eligible to work.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Excellent organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on the repair process, including insurance claim basics.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations and billing.
• Coordinate rental car and tow services to provide one-stop service.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers via assigned or backup staff.
• Assist with customer communications throughout the repair process.
• Monitor DRP assignments, estimates, and repair appointments; maintain records.
