Job summary

Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan, Inc. offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program designed for undergraduate and graduate students.

Interns participate in development workshops, are mentored by managers, and contribute to meaningful projects across multiple tracks, including business, IT, analytics, and more. The program runs from June to August, with up to 40 hours per week and no housing provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in team-based and individual environments.
• Enrolled in full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program and in good academic standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data reporting projects and development of workshops.
• Work with a mentor and support key strategic initiatives.
• Deliver presentations upon internship completion.
