Qualifications

• Applicants must be currently enrolled in a college or university.
• GPA requirement for internship may apply.
• Sanitation standards training completed.
• Relevant knife skills and/or Intro to Culinary coursework completed.
• Available to work 20–40 hours per week based on business needs & internship requirements.
• College credit is not required, but documentation can be provided if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items across all kitchen stations.
• Rotate through pizza/pasta, deli, salad bar, grill, and international cuisine.
• Engage with guests and tailor plates to their dietary needs.
• Review culinary and front‑of‑house standards.
• Learn about wellness and sustainability initiatives.
• Adhere to customer service standards.
• Consistently practice safety and sanitation protocols.
• Assist with catering events, including set‑up and execution.
• Develop professional relationships and enhance interpersonal skills.

Education

Currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing a degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management
