Job summary

Razorfish in Chicago is seeking a Media Supervisor, Paid Social, to lead strategic planning, activation, and performance management of paid social campaigns for clients. You’ll translate business goals and insights into integrated social strategies across major platforms and partner closely with strategy, analytics, creative, and account teams.

You will mentor junior staff, manage budgets, review deliverables, and drive innovation with audience targeting, testing, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of paid social experience.
• Experience leading paid social strategies across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X, and emerging platforms.
• Ability to manage activation, pacing, budgeting, and performance reporting.
• Strong presentation and client-facing communication skills.
• Proven mentoring ability and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of paid social strategies aligned to client goals.
• Own creation and presentation of recommendations, audiences, channel plans, budgets, and investments.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact with strategic guidance and insights.
• Oversee activation, trafficking, QA, and launch to ensure best practices.
• Guide pacing, budget management, and delivery for efficient media investments.
• Analyze performance and develop insights to optimize outcomes.
• Lead testing, measurement, and learning agendas across platforms.
• Collaborate with analytics to report results and tell stories.
• Review and approve client deliverables, including media plans and recaps.
• Support forecasting, billing reconciliation, and financial stewardship.
• Mentor Media Planners and Associates; manage multiple priorities.
