Razorfish in Atlanta is seeking a Media Supervisor, Paid Social to blend strategy with hands‑on execution. You’ll shape paid social programs and translate business goals into campaigns on social networks.

Day‑to‑day you’ll steward campaigns, coordinate with Strategy and Activation teams, deliver insights and post‑buy recaps, and drive innovative optimizations. A 5+ year background in Paid Media and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year, accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of experience in Paid Media with a focus on Paid Social campaign management.
• Proficiency in multiple social media platforms.
• Prior people management and development experience.
• Strong analytics, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day steward of social media campaign development, activation, and innovation, translating goals into paid campaigns on social networks.
• Direct and manage the daily workflow of all paid social campaigns, including proposal development, activation, maintenance, and post-buy recaps.
• Collaborate with Investment, Strategy, and Activation teams to respond to client briefs, build strategic campaign plans, communicate offerings, and deliver new solutions.
• Monitor the latest trends in social media and advertising formats to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations.
• Educate clients, partners, and internal teams on developments and capabilities in social media.
