You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on ROAS and pipeline growth for diverse client portfolios.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with tangible results.
• Experience managing multiple clients across an agency.
• Fluent English with US clients on live calls.

Aufgaben

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
