Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, is seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and narrative during client asks.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, drive ROAS improvements, and present clear results on live calls with US clients. Remote role with international clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Allocate budgets, bid strategies, targeting, and creative testing.
• Set conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop a 90-day and quarterly client roadmap and communicate the story behind the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Social Media Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
