Blacksmith Agency is a USA-based AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You lead targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and client narrative during inquiries.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, set budgets, test creatives, track conversions with GA4 and pixels, and craft 90-day roadmaps with clear numbers on calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
