Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You are the strategic voice at the table, making the calls on targeting, budgets, and narrative for the client.

You will own campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage bidding, testing, and conversions with GA4 and pixels, and craft the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps while driving long-term account growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
