Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budget calls, the roadmap, and the narrative when clients ask why in live conversations.

You will oversee paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, manage budget allocation and testing, and ensure accurate measurement with GA4 and pixel tracking. A remote role with US client interactions is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with measurable results.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Excellent spoken English with US-based clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing; know when to pause or kill a campaign.
• Ensure reliable conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps; present the numbers and narrative on client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
