Job summary

Publicis Groupe seeks a Manager, Paid Search to serve as the day-to-day steward of search media for assigned brands. You will lead search campaign development, activation, and innovation, applying mastery of search to meet client goals.

Collaborate with the Associate Director on strategy while managing the Paid Search Analyst and delivery pipelines. You will guide tactic execution, budget pacing, and optimization, while maintaining strong client and partner relationships and staying current with

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on paid search/PPC experience, ideally in an agency environment.
Mastery of search platforms.
Mastery of all relevant tools for reporting, analytics, and competitive analysis.
Demonstrated expertise in core MS Excel functions.

Responsibilities

Contribute to account strategy, including budget development, KPIs, and new tactics.
Lead client relationships with day-to-day contact and partner agencies.
Direct the Search Analyst on keyword and audience research for new campaigns.
Oversee trafficking of approved plans into search platforms.
Manage day-to-day budgets and billing activities, including pacing and bid adjustments.
Develop and recommend optimization and testing plans.
