Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Paid Search Supervisor to lead a team of Search Sr. Associates and Associates, driving best-in-class strategy and execution for healthcare brands.

You will ensure timely builds, optimized calendars, and high-quality client materials, while advancing the team’s strategic impact. You will represent Search in client meetings, manage performance data and cross-team collaboration, and mentor staff through annual reviews and 1:1s.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 4+ years of direct Search campaign management.
• Healthcare industry knowledge a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead people and projects with delegation, training and coaching.
• Strong communication and listening skills, deeply understanding needs.
• Adherence to agency procedures (timesheets, required trainings, 360 feedback).
• Integrity and accountability for team’s work and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Search Sr. Associates and Associates to ensure best-in-class strategy and execution.
• Provide upfront direction and training to team and manage timelines.
• Oversee daily operations of Associate and Sr. Associate teams with actionable feedback.
• Support cross-team collaboration to evolve Search strategy and measurement.
• Present annual plan deliverables to clients and partners, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
• Nurture vendor partnerships to maximize brand value.
