Publicis Groupe’s Spark Foundry is seeking a Paid Search Manager to steward search media for assigned brands. You will lead strategy development with the Associate Director and oversee day-to-day execution, budgeting, and optimization across search platforms.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in paid search, agency experience, and strong Excel skills, with certifications in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. You’ll mentor a Search Analyst and drive innovative campaigns for client goals.

• Mastery of search platforms and reporting tools
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
