Job summary

Facet is seeking an experienced Search Lead to own the paid search program, partnering with marketing, planning, and analytics to drive qualified leads and new members.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, handle tracking, attribution, and reporting, and mentor teammates to ensure flawless execution. This role offers a remote-friendly environment and competitive compensation for a growth-focused marketing team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience in a professional setting.
• Deep expertise with Google Ads including Search and Performance Max.
• Experience with Google Ads Editor, scripts, or APIs for bulk changes.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot conversion tracking and attribution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with non-technical stakeholders in mind.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor colleagues and lead initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate growth strategy into paid search campaign plans across Google and Microsoft Ads.
• Own execution, audits, exclusions, and testing to improve performance.
• Optimize tCPA and tROAS bidding strategies with strong data signals.
• Use editors, scripts, or APIs to manage bulk changes and efficiency.
• Lead a testing roadmap for landing pages, ad creative, and bidding strategies.
• Own reporting and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across marketing channels to support a cohesive strategy.
