Job summary

Exactius LLC seeks a hands-on paid search specialist to own the Google Ads account and drive performance across international brands. You will structure campaigns, optimize bidding, and communicate recommendations directly to the partner.

Fully remote, with EST overlap and cross-functional collaboration with BI, Tracking, Creative, Product, and CRM. You bring 5–7 years of performance marketing experience in paid search, possess Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications, and can manage

Qualifications

• 5–7 years as a performance marketer hands-on in paid search.
• Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
• Experience managing budgets over $100K/month is a strong plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills.
• Fluent, confident English – client-facing role, written and spoken.
• Availability to work into the EST time zone.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and other paid search platforms.
• Build and restructure campaigns: account structure, targeting, display and shopping, bidding.
• Run continuous A/B testing and KPI analysis to improve search visibility and efficiency.
• Take recommendations directly to the partner and execute the ones that get agreed.
• Monitor web analytics dashboards and reporting against the KPIs that matter.
• Work inside a cross-functional squad toward shared targets.
• Keep pace with changes across paid search and paid social, and bring the relevant ones in.
