Job summary

BarkleyOKRP is seeking a Senior Paid Search lead to drive strategy, manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360, and deliver measurable performance for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment, lead activation during client communications, and mentor junior staff while ensuring accuracy in tracking and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in paid search, strong data analytics, and experience leading SEM initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Paid Search experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience with SEM management platforms (e.g., SA360) or direct platform execution.
• Experience leading a team in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Knowledge of first- and third-party data usage.
• Strong organizational and mathematical skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent cross-team communication with internal and client teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads and/or oversees campaign development, optimization, and reporting across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.
• Designs optimal SEM structures, forecasting, bidding, and segmentation to maximize efficiency.
• Partners with Google and Microsoft to evaluate betas and new features.
• Identifies new opportunities to meet or exceed goals.
• Builds relationships with platform teams to stay ahead of updates and opportunities.
• Acts as activation lead in client communications and manages daily account duties.
• Reports status to leadership and escalates issues promptly.
• Ensures accurate tracking, tagging, feed integrity, and audience implementation.
• Develops client-facing materials and leads with finance on billing issues.
• Keeps budgets aligned with client objectives and mentors junior staff.
