Job summary

Razorfish, Inc. is seeking a Paid Search Strategist to support a large hospitality client within the Meta Search ecosystem. This role emphasizes performance management, project coordination, and strategic oversight over hands-on campaign execution.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful business outcomes, monitor campaigns, and present insights to stakeholders while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and reporting.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in paid media, paid search, or related field.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.
Analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication; knowledge of digital analytics.

Responsibilities

Serve as day-to-day strategic lead for Meta Search initiatives across platforms.
Coordinate campaign launches, activations, and strategic initiatives with teams and partners.
Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
Ensure campaign quality, tracking accuracy, and QA across projects.
Present insights and status updates to internal teams and clients.
Collaborate with analytics, media, technology, and publishers to optimize.
Leverage AI tools to enhance workflows and reporting.
