Perk is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead paid search in North America, driving high-quality B2B leads for Sales. You’ll own Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns, optimize bids, and partner with SEO on AEO initiatives in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.

This hands‑on role requires strong analytical skills, experience with B2B lead gen at scale, and comfort using AI tools to inform strategy and reporting, collaborating with Marketing and Sales to maximize impact.

Competenze

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns, in-house or at a digital agency.
• Excellent working knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max and Remarketing.
• Proficient use of Google Ads Editor and/or Microsoft Advertising Editor.
• Experience managing B2B lead generation campaigns at scale.
• Strong understanding of SQR analysis, keyword optimisation, match types and bidding strategies.

Mansioni

• Campaign management and optimization: Manage Perk's paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising in North America, owning bid management, budget pacing and campaign optimisation.
• Testing and analysis: Create, monitor and analyse A/B tests on ad copy and landing pages; run competitor and industry analysis; provide regular performance updates.
• AEO and AI search: Partner with the SEO team on AEO initiatives; use paid search data to inform priorities; test how AI features affect performance; adopt AI tools in day-to-day work.
