Job summary

Perk is seeking a Paid Search Growth Marketing Manager to lead North America paid search initiatives. You will own Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns, optimize bids, and drive high-quality B2B leads in a fast-growing spend-management platform.

You'll test AI-enhanced search features, collaborate with SEO, Field Marketing and Sales, and report performance to leadership. A data-driven mindset and comfort with analytics tools are essential for success in this hands-on, cross-functional

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on paid search experience.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, and Remarketing.
Proficient with Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Advertising Editor.
Experience with B2B lead generation at scale.
Understanding of SQR analysis, keyword optimization, match types and bidding strategies.
Proven track record of delivering against growth targets and OKRs.
Experience with conversion tracking and tag management.
GA/Looker/Excel proficiency for analytics.

Responsibilities

Manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising in North America.
Own bid management, budget pacing and campaign optimization.
Conduct regular search query analyses, keyword expansion and negative keywords.
Create, monitor and analyse A/B tests on ad copy and landing pages.
Report performance updates to management and stakeholders monthly.
Collaborate with SEO on AI/Answer Engine initiatives and with Sales to improve lead quality.
Maintain relationships with Google and Microsoft reps to stay ahead of features.
