Job summary

Perk Inc. in North America seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid search across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, driving a steady stream of high‑quality B2B leads. You’ll optimize campaigns, run data‑driven tests, and shape AI/SEO aligned strategies with the broader marketing team.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, SDRs, and global teams to improve the funnel and report performance monthly.

Qualifications

4+ years hands-on paid search experience.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, bid strategies and optimization.
Experience with B2B lead generation at scale.
Proficient with Google Ads Editor or Microsoft Advertising Editor.
Experience with conversion tracking and tag management (GTM).
Analytical skills with Google Analytics/Looker; Excel proficiency.
Collaborates across Marketing and Sales to improve pipeline.

Responsibilities

Manage Perk's paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising in North America.
Perform bid management, budget pacing and campaign optimization.
Run regular keyword expansion, negative keywords and SQR analysis.
Create, monitor and analyze A/B tests on ad copy and landing pages.
Partner with SEO for AI/AI Oportunities and report performance to stakeholders.
Collaborate with North America Field Marketing, SDRs and global teams to align on the funnel.
