Perk, the intelligent platform for travel and spend management, is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own the paid search engine in North America. You will drive Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns, align with the Senior Manager, Paid Marketing, and help generate high-quality B2B leads for Sales.

This hands-on role requires strong data skills, curiosity about AI, and the ability to work across Marketing and Sales, plus collaborating with SEO for AI answer engines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading paid search campaigns for B2B in NA.
• Strong data analytics and performance optimization.
• Collaborates with Sales and SEO teams on growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising in North America.
• Own bid management, budget pacing and campaign optimisation.
• Run regular search query analysis, keyword expansion and negative keyword management.
• Create, monitor and analyse A/B tests on ad copy and landing pages.
• Collaborate with SEO team on AI-related search initiatives.
