Job summary

Perk is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead paid search campaigns in North America, across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. You will own bid management, budget pacing, and optimization in a fast-growing SaaS environment, driving a steady stream of high‑quality B2B leads for Sales.

Collaborating with the SEO team and Analytics, you’ll test and scale AEO initiatives, apply data insights, and shape AI-driven search strategies while working closely with Marketing and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on paid search experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads including Search, Performance Max and Remarketing.
• Experience managing B2B lead generation campaigns at scale.
• Proven ability to optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.
• Experience with conversion tracking and tag management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Perk's paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising in North America, owning bid management, budget pacing and campaign optimisation.
• Run regular search query analysis, keyword expansion and negative keyword management to keep the account efficient.
• Use data-driven optimization to improve key metrics across in-platform and off‑platform conversions.
• Create, monitor and analyse A/B tests on ad copy and landing pages.
• Collaborate with SEO and Sales to align paid search with broader demand strategies.
• Maintain relationships with platform reps to stay ahead of new features and betas.
