Job summary

Perk is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid search in North America, focusing on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. You will execute campaigns, optimize bid strategies, and drive a steady stream of high-quality B2B leads for Sales, reporting to the Senior Manager, Paid Marketing.

This hands-on role involves testing, AI-related initiatives, collaborating with SEO on AEO, and coordinating with Marketing and Sales to improve lead quality across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid search experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads including Search, Performance Max and Remarketing.
• Proficient use of Google Ads Editor and/or Microsoft Advertising Editor.
• Experience managing B2B lead generation campaigns at scale.
• Solid understanding of SQR analysis, keyword optimization, match types and bidding strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage Perk's paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising in North America, owning bid management, budget pacing and campaign optimisation.
• Run regular search query analysis, keyword expansion and negative keyword management to keep the account efficient and clean.
• Use data-driven optimization to iterate continuously on efficiency and results across key metrics, from in-platform performance to online and offline conversions.
