Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college/university pursuing a BA/BS (sales degree, minor, or certificate preferred).
• Customer Service experience is beneficial.
• Sales-related experience is advantageous.
• MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Post or manage positions in ATS to build candidate pool.
• Evaluate resumes and qualify candidates for interviews.
• Schedule interviews with recruiters; shadow recruiters for process familiarity.
• Shadow account managers on calls, visits, and client acquisition activities.
• Attend networking events and participate in lead generation and cold calling sessions.
• Shadow field support during background checks, unemployment processes, and drug tests.
