Aerotek offers an Ascend at Aerotek Internship Program in Sales, a 10-week paid internship designed to teach Recruiting, Account Management, and Field Support with extensive sales exposure. Competenze

• Currently enrolled in college/university pursuing a BA/BS (sales degree, minor or certificate preferred).
• Customer service experience is valued.
• Sales-related experience is a plus.

• Post positions on the Internet via our candidate tracking system to grow the candidate pool.
• Evaluate resumes and select qualified candidates for interviews.
• Schedule candidates for interviews with Recruiters and shadow the process.
