Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in college/university seeking a BA/BS degree (sales degree, minor, certificate preferred).
• Preference for junior-to-senior-year transition.

Responsabilidades

• Learn the three phases of Aerotek's business: Recruiting, Account Management and Field Support.
• Shadow recruiters and account managers; participate in interviews, assessments, and client visits.
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and candidate tracking in the applicant system.
• Engage in lead generation and field support activities to support sales objectives.
