Aerotek's Ascend at Aerotek Internship Program offers a 10 week paid internship in sales, focused on Recruiting, Account Management and Field Support within a local operation. The Sales Intern will interface with Aerotek employees, candidates, contractors, and clients and may earn a path into the Sales Development Representative program to accelerate a sales career.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in college/university pursuing a BA/BS degree (sales degree, minor or certificate preferred).
• Transitioning between Junior and Senior years (preferred).
• MS Office
• Customer Service Experience
• Sales Related Experience

Responsabilidades

• Post positions on the Internet via Connected to expand the candidate pool.
• Evaluate resumes and select candidates qualified for interviews.
• Schedule candidates for interviews with Recruiters.
• Shadow Recruiters as they conduct calls, interviews and reference checks.
• Attend Contractor lunches with Recruiters and client visits with Account Managers.
• Shadow Account Managers through client acquisition and requisition qualification processes.
