Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors: Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Participate in leadership development with field leaders and retail teams.
• Support store operations during busy periods, including evenings and weekends.
