CVS Health in California offers a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship where you’ll gain hands-on experience leading a retail team, engaging customers, and learning day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.

Throughout the program you’ll complete a business-focused project, develop leadership and communication skills, and gain exposure to the broader organization through market travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Degree expected between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies or General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations and merchandising.
• Support staffing, inventory and operational excellence.
• Develop leadership skills and collaborate with store managers and district leaders.
• Present a business-focused project and recommendations to leadership.
