Job summary

The St. Louis Blues, Enterprise Center, and Stifel Theatre are seeking a People & Culture Intern. This paid, part-time internship will support the People & Culture team across recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, employee relations, and DEI efforts.

The role offers 20–29 hours per week at $15/hour, with exposure to real HR practices and compliance. You will assist with scheduling, resume screening, onboarding, job fairs, and file management in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled college student or recent graduate.
• HR major preferred.
• Desire to gain experience across HR functions.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Post employment opportunities on external and internal sites.
• Screen resumes for open positions.
• Schedule and conduct phone screens as needed.
• Assist onboarding activities for new hires; handle paperwork.
• Prepare for and assist at job fairs or recruitment events.
• Update documents and policies as needed.
• Assist Director, Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience as needed.
• Assist with personnel file management.
• Assists the People & Culture department or other departments with related duties, as assigned
