Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budget calls, the roadmap, and the client narrative as the strategic voice.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize budgets, test creatives, and drive long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure robust conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the story behind the numbers on calls.
• Support account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
