Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads; manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4 and tag manager;

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on PPC management (Google Ads, Meta).
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement with multiple clients.
• Agency experience handling several clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
