Description
  • We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist who knows how to use digital media acquisition channels to accelerate and sustain business growth. A player-coach, you’ll set the pace and implement best practices for building pipeline while driving new customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Support digital strategy and planning for the portfolio across various paid search, display, and digital advertising to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition for both Enterprise and Mid-Market segments; Responsible for leading paid media for one product line (strategy to outcomes, including KPIs, ROI, etc).
  • Drive new customer acquisition and upsell campaigns, optimizing across all stages of the user journey by delivering predictable, reliable ROI from marketing investment to drive growth
  • Support the paid media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels. Monitor performance and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Implement tracking and measurement systems to evaluate the effectiveness of paid media campaigns, providing regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on KPIs and campaign outcomes, including conversion to pipeline
  • Stay current on industry trends, platforms, and new technologies to stay abreast of changes to ensure paid media campaigns are using the latest best practices and innovations in paid media
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive channel optimization, building a culture of innovation and hypothesis-driven experimentation
  • Collaborate with marketing managers to plan, coordinate, execute, and report on the regional media strategy for marketing campaigns and activations
  • Build and deliver bottom-up growth forecasts by channel, partnering with the Head of WW Revenue Marketing, Product Marketing Leads, Field Marketing, and the Sales team to refine scenarios based on company revenue targets

Education Required
  • 4 year degree required

Experience Required
  • 3 years’ experience in paid media campaigns. (Experience in-house at a cybersecurity company - nice to have).
  • Strong background in paid search, paid social, and display advertising with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition for both Enterprise and Mid-market
  • Skilled at analyzing campaign data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and drive business results
  • Proficiency with analytics tools
  • Ability to communicate complex performance data and marketing strategies effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
  • Track record of cultivating and retaining talent; ensure career growth trajectories for the team
  • Experience with running integrated, multi funnel, digital advertising campaigns.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, relationship builder
  • Strong experience developing operational workflows and reports
  • Can be in office, hybrid or remote, but must reside in US.
  • Paid Search experience is a must
  • Paid social and display advertising experience are nice to haves
  • Manager is seeking someone proactive and innovative. They should be able to discuss previous innovations they brought to the team and the results.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to influence and partner with key internal stakeholder teams: product marketers, marketing channel leaders, analysts, leadership, sourcing, and finance to ensure shared vision and drive initiatives forward
  • Partner with our earned, owned, and paid channel teams to deliver on data-driven campaign decisions
  • Rapidly and independently arrive at campaign insights such as consumer behavior, audience segmentation, winning ad message themes, successful call to action, and customer experience strategies
  • Transform performance results, customer behavior insights, and learnings into actionable strategy, planning, and optimization
  • Demonstrates ability to execute large-scale digital marketing programs, including increasing conversions that drive revenue growth, measuring cost per acquisition, and a strong understanding of the digital technology landscape
  • Strong prioritization and organization skills; comfortable operating in a highly matrixed, distributed environment
  • Base understanding of the buyer's journey and audience persona

EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
  • Excellent Project management skills and relationship building skills across various teams
  • High level of proficiency to use and leverage a Marketing Stack,
  • High level of proficiency with reporting/BI tools and methods
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt course of action
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns running at the same time
  • Excellent writing skills, communication skills, partner relationship skills, and teamwork skills.
