Raise is currently hiring a
Paid Media Specialist team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.
Responsibilities
- Support digital strategy and planning across paid search, display, and digital advertising to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition for both Enterprise and Mid-Market segments.
- Lead paid media efforts for one product line, overseeing strategy, performance outcomes, KPIs, and ROI.
- Drive new customer acquisition and upselling campaigns by optimizing across all stages of the user journey to deliver predictable, reliable ROI.
- Manage paid media budgets and allocate resources efficiently across channels, continuously optimizing campaigns for maximum return.
- Implement tracking and measurement systems to assess campaign effectiveness and provide regular reporting on KPIs and pipeline conversions to senior leadership.
- Stay informed on emerging trends, platforms, and technologies to ensure use of best practices and innovation in paid media.
- Identify growth opportunities and lead channel optimization efforts through experimentation and data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with marketing managers to plan, execute, and report on regional media strategies for campaigns and activations.
- Develop bottom-up growth forecasts by channel and partner with global revenue marketing, product marketing, field marketing, and sales teams to align with company revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience executing paid media campaigns.
- Strong background in paid search, paid social, and display advertising, with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition for both Enterprise and Mid-Market segments.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and interpreting performance data to drive optimizations.
- Experience in running integrated, multi-funnel digital advertising campaigns.
- Ability to communicate complex performance data and marketing strategies effectively to various stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Proven track record of cultivating and retaining talent and supporting team growth.
- Strong experience developing operational workflows and reporting methods.
- Excellent project management skills and relationship-building across departments.
- High level of proficiency with marketing stacks and reporting/BI tools.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent writing, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Must reside in the United States; role may be onsite, hybrid, or remote depending on location.
- Paid search experience is a must.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in-house at a cybersecurity company.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with key internal teams (product marketing, channel leaders, analysts, sourcing, finance, etc.).
- Ability to independently extract campaign insights (consumer behavior, segmentation, messaging effectiveness, CTAs).
- Ability to transform data insights into strategy, planning, and optimization.
- Experience executing and scaling large digital marketing programs with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, including cost per acquisition and ROI.
- Familiarity with the digital technology landscape.
- Ability to navigate matrixed, distributed organizations and prioritize effectively.
- Foundational understanding of the buyer’s journey and audience personas.
- Paid social and display experience are nice to have.
- Portfolio or landing page showcasing relevant personal work is encouraged (if not proprietary).
