Their initial brand targets busy larger individuals seeking straightforward solutions, while the newer brand focuses on strong women in their prime seeking sustainable health improvements. They utilize affordable, effective weight loss medications to address urgent healthcare needs and aspire to be their customers' lifelong healthcare provider, expanding into hormonal health, mental health, longevity, and primary care.

GLP-1 medications represent a major breakthrough, currently experiencing rapid changes that will reshape healthcare patient flows and cash streams. Their mission is to accelerate the global adoption of GLP-1 medications among busy families to combat obesity worldwide, with the goal of becoming the leading consumer healthcare brand globally.

They’ve grown >1000x since Aug 2021, >200x since Aug 2022, >20x since Aug 2023. They recently surpassed $XXM ARR, have been cashflow positive for 21 months, and are close to XX,XXX active subscribers with high NPS. Most growth has been through their initial brand; the new brand's growth is the primary focus for the Head of Paid Media. As a young startup, they are just getting started—this is Day 1 with much ahead.

Position Overview:

They are building a world-class team and seek an exceptional leader to drive their next growth phase. As Head of Paid Media, you will oversee their entire paid acquisition strategy, managing a $2M+ monthly Meta budget and a comprehensive Google Ads portfolio to meet aggressive growth targets. This role involves more than campaign management—it's about creating a performance marketing powerhouse that delivers exceptional results at scale.

The ideal candidate combines data and creativity, working closely with their Creative Lead to develop engaging, conversion-driven assets. A deep understanding of Meta's algorithm and audience architecture will help identify missed opportunities, while expertise in Google Ads will ensure dominance across digital channels.

This role is a strategic voice in leadership, influencing decisions to help reach their goal of serving 10 million customers by 2028. They seek a media maverick with analytical rigor and creative intuition, capable of translating complex data into straightforward, impactful decisions. It is a full-time remote position with competitive compensation, reporting directly to the Head of Growth and collaborating closely with the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Own the Meta ads ecosystem
  2. Take the reins: Fully manage the $2M+ monthly Meta budget, enabling the Head of Growth to focus on strategic initiatives.
  3. Scale strategically: Identify opportunities to increase spend while maintaining or improving profitability.
  4. Build a fortress: Develop a resilient Business Manager and ad account structure to protect against platform volatility.
  5. Drive performance: Continuously optimize campaigns, audiences, and creative strategies to maximize ROAS.
  6. Own Google Ads strategy
  7. Lead the charge: Take full ownership of Google Ads accounts, optimizing campaigns across search, display, and video.
  8. Leverage insights: Use Meta insights to enhance Google performance, creating a dual-engine growth approach.
  9. Create seamless journeys: Align messaging and targeting across platforms for a unified customer experience.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

  • Proven Performance: Managed $2M+ monthly ad spend successfully, with measurable results and ability to break performance ceilings.
  • Meta Expertise: 5+ years scaling DTC brands on Meta with seven-figure monthly spends and strong ROAS.
  • Google Ads Skills: 4+ years managing search, display, and video campaigns with impactful growth results.
  • Budget Management: Experience forecasting, pacing, and optimizing multi-million dollar budgets.
  • Creative & Strategic Balance: Ability to develop high-performing ad concepts and systematic testing frameworks.
  • Scale-up Experience: Successfully scaled brands rapidly, maintaining or improving performance metrics.
  • Industry Experience: Background in consumer sectors relevant to healthcare or similar fields.

Nice to Have:

  • Healthcare Marketing: Experience with GLP-1 medications, weight management, or telehealth marketing, including compliance considerations.
