Fella is tailored for busy larger men looking for a straightforward solution to improve health. Delilah is designed for strong women in their prime who want sustainable ways to feel their best.
We utilize affordable, effective weight loss medications to address our customers' urgent healthcare needs, with the goal of becoming their primary healthcare provider for life—expanding into hormonal health, mental health, longevity, and primary care.
GLP-1 medications are a significant development. We are in a rapid period of change that will dramatically reshape patient care and cash flows within the healthcare system.
Our mission is to accelerate the global adoption of GLP-1 medications among busy families to combat obesity worldwide. From this, we aim to become the leading consumer healthcare brand globally.
Since August 2021, we have grown over 1000x, with over 200x growth since August 2022, and over 20x since August 2023. We have recently surpassed $XXM ARR and have been cashflow positive for the past 21 months. We are nearing XX,XXX active subscribers with a high NPS.
Most of this growth has been through Fella. Delilah is still very new, and your role will be pivotal in helping her succeed.

We are building a world-class team at Fella + Delilah, and we need an exceptional leader to drive our next growth phase.
As Head of Paid Media, you will oversee our entire paid acquisition strategy, managing a $2M+ monthly Meta budget and a comprehensive Google Ads portfolio to meet aggressive growth targets. You will architect a performance marketing powerhouse that consistently achieves outstanding results.
You will excel at blending data with creativity, collaborating with our Creative Lead to produce compelling assets that outperform competitors. Your expertise in Meta's algorithm and audience targeting will uncover new opportunities, while your Google Ads skills will ensure dominance across digital channels.
This role is more than marketing; you will be a strategic voice on our leadership team, influencing company-wide decisions to help us serve 10 million customers by 2028.
We seek a media maverick with a mix of analytical rigor and creative insight, capable of translating complex data into simple, effective decisions.
This is a full-time remote position with competitive compensation for an outstanding candidate eager to make an impact on a fast-growing brand with enormous potential.
You will report to our Head of Growth, Dave Lane, and work closely with our CEO, Richie Cartwright.

Own the Meta ads ecosystem
Take the reins: Fully manage our $2M+ monthly Meta ad spend, enabling our Head of Growth to focus on strategic initiatives.
Scale strategically: Find and execute opportunities to increase spend while maintaining or improving profitability.
Build a fortress: Develop a resilient Business Manager and ad account structure that protects against platform volatility.
Drive performance: Optimize campaigns, audiences, and creative strategies to maximize ROAS on Meta.
Lead Google Ads strategy
Lead the charge: Take full ownership of Google Ads accounts, optimizing across search, display, and video.
Leverage insights: Use Meta learnings to enhance Google performance, creating a dual-engine growth approach.
Create seamless experiences: Align messaging and targeting across platforms to guide customers effectively.
Future initiatives
Develop our Growth Blueprint: Create and implement a comprehensive media strategy to reach our 2028 customer goals.
Foster Creative Innovation: Collaborate with our Creative Lead to develop innovative ad concepts based on data insights.
Explore new channels
Discover emerging platforms: Identify new revenue-driving channels.
Test rapidly: Use quick test-learn-scale frameworks to validate new channels efficiently.
Diversify acquisition: Build a resilient mix of channels to maximize growth and reduce dependency.
Minimum qualifications
Proven performance at scale: Managed $2M+ monthly ad spend with measurable success and growth beyond performance plateaus.
Meta mastery: 5+ years managing seven-figure monthly spends on Meta, with deep platform understanding.
Google Ads expertise: 4+ years optimizing search, display, and video campaigns for growth.
Budget management: Experience forecasting, pacing, and optimizing multi-million dollar budgets.
Creative and strategic vision: Ability to develop high-performing ad concepts and collaborate with creative teams.
Scaling experience: Successfully increased ad spend while maintaining or improving performance metrics.
Relevant industry experience: Background in consumer sectors relevant to our audience and offerings.
Nice to have
Healthcare marketing experience: Navigated marketing within regulated environments like GLP-1 medications or telehealth.
Attribution skills: Proficiency with media mix modeling and cross-channel attribution.
