Astroved is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paid Media Specialist (Meta and Google Ads) with over 4+years of experience to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement strategies to improve KPIs like CTR and ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Create and refine audience segmentation strategies using demographic and behavioral data.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-impact ad creatives and copy.
  • Generate performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithms, policies, and industry trends to maintain competitive performance.

Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
  • Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights and optimize campaigns effectively.
  • Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for digital marketing.
  • Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint are preferred.
  • Preferably experienced in running campaigns for the US market.
