Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for a book of multifamily clients.

You will lead targeting, budgeting, and narrative on calls, becoming the strategic voice for accounts and guiding 90-day roadmaps and quarterly plans with client stakeholders.

Remote-friendly position with US, Canada, Latin America or South Africa coverage, requiring strong English communication on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers.
• Account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

As Paid Media Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
