This role focuses on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads for multifamily accounts, with responsibility for growth, retention, and long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in paid search and social ads.
• Proven ability to move ROAS/CPA/pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Excellent spoken English for US clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media for multifamily clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing, and campaign termination decisions.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationship building.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
