Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Remote Paid Media Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for multifamily clients, shaping budgets, roadmaps, and narrative for client calls. You will drive strategy and performance across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads from a remote setup.

You will manage budget calls, testing, tracking, and 90-day roadmaps while maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on ROAS, CPA and pipeline improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta optimization.
• A track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure trustworthy conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmap for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationship building.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring
