Job summary

The Heritage Group offers a Learning and Development internship to support our Learning and Development Team. The role focuses on designing digital learning content, managing LMS-related tasks, and assisting with internal training programs.

The intern participates in meetings, gains hands-on instruction in training practices, and supports content reviews to ensure accuracy. We seek a well-organized, proactive student (high school graduate or enrolled bachelor’s) with strong communication skills

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, Instructional Design, Communications or related field.
• 1+ years Marketing and Social Media experience preferred.
• Familiarity with eLearning tools (Articulate, Rise) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing digital learning content (eLearning, guides, job aids).
• Support LMS administration and reporting duties.
• Help design and deliver internal trainings and professional development sessions.
• Assist with content reviews for clarity and accuracy.
• Support on-site and virtual training sessions and logistics.
