Job summary

GBH is seeking a Learning & Workforce Development Intern to join our Human Resources team in a hybrid role based in Boston, MA. You will help design training materials, assist with LMS administration, and support virtual and in-person learning events as part of a collaborative team.

The internship offers hands-on experience in employee learning, with mentorship from HR professionals and opportunities to contribute to workforce development initiatives within GBH, a leading nonprofit media

Responsibilities

Assist in creating and updating training materials, presentations, job aids, and e-learning content.
Design engaging communications and promotional materials for employee learning programs.
Support the planning and delivery of virtual and in-person learning events and workshops.
Help manage GBH's Learning Management System (LMS), including course administration, participant communications, and reporting.
Track participation and learning metrics to help measure program effectiveness.
Gather and analyze employee feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with HR team members and business leaders on special projects related to employee development and engagement.
