Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and updating training materials, presentations, job aids, and e-learning content.
• Design communications and promotional materials for employee learning programs.
• Support planning and delivery of virtual and in-person learning events and workshops.
• Help manage GBH's Learning Management System (LMS), including course administration, participant communications, and reporting.
• Track participation and learning metrics to measure program effectiveness.
• Gather and analyze employee feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR team members and leaders on special development-related projects.
