Job summary

The Hanover Insurance Group is offering a 10-week summer internship in Learning & Development. You will work on daily Learning Operations, including knowledge archiving, data collection, and LMS/CMS support, with mentorship from senior staff.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a related bachelor’s program, maintain a 3.0 GPA, and can commit to full-time daytime hours in the U.S. Learn and contribute to a cross-functional philanthropy project with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Management, Information Science/IT, MIS, or Business Analytics preferred.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Commitment to a full-time 10-week internship program in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform Learning Operations tasks including knowledge architecture and content audits.
• Assist with data collection, manipulation, and reporting of learning metrics.
• Support Learning Platform administration and site optimization (SharePoint, LMS/CMS).
• Contribute to the Internship Project on SharePoint architecture and documentation.
